Community Change Agents

Our goal is to educate and empower the girls of San Pedro. This is not something we seek to do in isolation. To promote long-lasting change, Women Work Together fosters investment in and ownership of our mission within San Pedro’s communities.

Together with Mujeres Trabajan Unidas we provide extensive trainings for city employees, outreach workers, educators, and other key community members. These workshops help change community attitudes and practices regarding girls’ education by cultivating community commitment.
